What is a Vaccum Chamber?
A vacuum chamber is a container from which the air and most of the non-condensable gases have been removed, creating a near-perfect vacuum.
This is achieved by pumping most of the air out of the chamber with a powerful pump or by ‘drying’ it out with liquid nitrogen or dry ice.
Once this is done, very low temperatures can be achieved by simply allowing the heat to escape into the atmosphere.
